This all started back in 2003, when members of the Water For People Committee - Tucson began searching for a new local fund raising vehicle to support AWPCA's effort to provide additional funding to Water For People [click on the globe to link to their website]. The AWPCA-Water for People Committee in Phoenix was having good success with their yearly golf event and so the decision was made to host a local golf fund raiser here in Tucson as well. The support for this venture has been overwhelming right from the start. We are receiving support from both the Tucson and Phoenix metro areas and organizations in Southern California. We are looking to expand into Nevada and West Texas in the near future. Please refer to our Sponsorships page via the link at the left to see how you and your organization can participate.
